Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive an incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible.

Incorrect Size or Colour
Please carefully review the size chart, product description and colour options before placing your order.
If you selected the wrong size or colour, the applicable statutory consumer rights described above continue to apply where relevant.
Exchanges
Because our products are produced specifically after an order is placed, we generally do not offer direct exchanges. Where you have a statutory right to a remedy, we will handle the matter in accordance with applicable law.
